Welcome to my web page! I’m so excited to share what I've learned these past few years as I've embarked in a more sustainable way of life. Reducing our families carbon foot print on mother Earth all while saving us time, money, our health and the environment!

I started this adventure over 5 years ago when I 1st learned about toxic chemicals in household cleaning and personal care products. The fact that my dad was a janitor using industrial strength chemicals at his job every day, then passing away when he was only 54 years old from cancer of the esophagus screamed to me that we as Americans needed to make huge changes in our life styles.

The reason why I cared so much was because after having suffered through a cancer scare myself I was shocked to learn we inhale, ingest and yes even our skin absorbs the chemicals we're surrounded by every day. I mistakenly assumed anything that was on the market was safe. After all there are certain guidelines these huge corporations must follow to keep us safe right? Apparently NOT!! Many of these are cancer causing and hormone disrupting chemicals.

Did you know that babies are born with over 280 chemicals in their cord blood? Boy what a way to start a new life?! Where do you think these chemicals come from?

So who hasn't been touched in one way or another by the effects of cancer! Do you have it? Are you a survivor? Do you know someone who’s been affected? Lost a loved one or know someone who has? Everyone has been touched by cancer in one way or another. This is why I’m so passionate about sharing what I've learned.
